Your child's records stay on your own phone. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch on website saving yourself. There is no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

What the tool records

यह टूल क्या दर्ज करता है

• Child's name (or nickname), date of birth and gender
• Whether parents wear distance glasses, and rough outdoor and screen time
• Each check-up: date, spectacle power, vision, axial length if measured, whether dilating drops were used, and any treatment in use
• If you use the WhatsApp booking button: the name and mobile number you type into it
• बच्चे का नाम (या पुकारने का नाम), जन्म तिथि और लिंग
• माता-पिता को दूर का चश्मा है या नहीं, और मोटे तौर पर बाहर का समय व स्क्रीन समय
• हर जाँच: तारीख़, चश्मे का नंबर, दृष्टि, एक्सियल लेंथ (यदि मापी गई), ड्रॉप डाली गई या नहीं, और चल रहा इलाज
• यदि आप WhatsApp बुकिंग बटन उपयोग करें: उसमें भरा गया नाम और मोबाइल नंबर

No photographs, no documents, no location, no contact list, no browsing history.

Where it is kept

By default: only on your phone, in the browser's own storage. We cannot see it. If you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, or change phones without a backup, the records are gone — which is why the tool offers a backup file.

डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से: सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में, ब्राउज़र के अपने स्टोरेज में। हम इसे देख नहीं सकते। यदि आप ब्राउज़र डेटा साफ़ करें, ऐप हटाएँ, या बिना बैकअप फ़ोन बदलें, तो रिकॉर्ड चले जाएँगे — इसीलिए टूल में बैकअप फ़ाइल का विकल्प है।

If you switch on website saving (Help tab), a copy is also kept on the hospital's website server so you can open the same records on another phone. This happens only after you tick the consent box and choose a PIN.

यदि आप वेबसाइट सेविंग चालू करें (मदद टैब), तो एक कॉपी अस्पताल के वेबसाइट सर्वर पर भी रहती है, ताकि आप दूसरे फ़ोन पर वही रिकॉर्ड खोल सकें। यह तभी होता है जब आप सहमति बॉक्स पर टिक करें और PIN चुनें।

How the website copy is protected

वेबसाइट कॉपी की सुरक्षा कैसे होती है

• Your mobile number is not stored in readable form — it is converted into a one-way code, so the stored files contain no phone numbers.
• Your PIN is never stored as you typed it; only a scrambled version is kept, which cannot be turned back into the PIN.
• Both the number and the PIN are needed to open the records. Five wrong attempts lock that number for 15 minutes.
• The data folder is placed where it cannot be reached from the internet by address.
• आपका मोबाइल नंबर पढ़ने योग्य रूप में संग्रहित नहीं होता — उसे एकतरफ़ा कोड में बदल दिया जाता है, इसलिए सेव फ़ाइलों में कोई फ़ोन नंबर नहीं होता।
• आपका PIN कभी वैसा का वैसा संग्रहित नहीं होता; केवल उसका बदला हुआ रूप रखा जाता है, जिससे PIN वापस नहीं निकाला जा सकता।
• रिकॉर्ड खोलने के लिए नंबर और PIN दोनों चाहिए। पाँच ग़लत प्रयासों पर वह नंबर 15 मिनट के लिए बंद हो जाता है।
• डेटा फ़ोल्डर ऐसी जगह रखा जाता है जहाँ इंटरनेट से पते द्वारा नहीं पहुँचा जा सकता।

Please keep your PIN private. Anyone who knows both your mobile number and your PIN can open your child's records.

कृपया अपना PIN निजी रखें। जो व्यक्ति आपका मोबाइल नंबर और PIN दोनों जानता हो, वह आपके बच्चे के रिकॉर्ड खोल सकता है।

Children's data and your rights

बच्चों का डेटा और आपके अधिकार

These are a child's health records, so they are handled with care. Only a parent or guardian should switch on website saving, and doing so is entirely optional — the tool works fully without it.

ये बच्चे के स्वास्थ्य रिकॉर्ड हैं, इसलिए इन्हें सावधानी से रखा जाता है। वेबसाइट सेविंग केवल माता-पिता या अभिभावक ही चालू करें, और यह पूरी तरह वैकल्पिक है — इसके बिना भी टूल पूरा काम करता है।

You may ask us at any time to delete the website copy, or to tell you what is stored. Write on WhatsApp to 98079 88146 with the mobile number you registered. Deleting the app from your phone removes the local copy; it does not remove the website copy, so ask us if you want that erased too.

आप कभी भी वेबसाइट कॉपी हटाने या यह जानने के लिए कह सकते हैं कि क्या संग्रहित है। पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर के साथ 98079 88146 पर WhatsApp करें। फ़ोन से ऐप हटाने पर स्थानीय कॉपी हट जाती है; वेबसाइट कॉपी नहीं हटती, इसलिए उसे भी मिटवाना हो तो हमें बताएँ।

What we do not do

• No advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with any company
• No analytics, cookies or tracking of how you use the tool
• No sharing with schools, insurers, employers or anyone else
• No automatic diagnosis — the tool records and explains, it does not decide treatment
